Dog Walking Service
Bloor West, Kingsway, Toronto West,

You have a new puppy but you'r stuck at home. This doesn't mean that Fido Can't get to the park.  It's Ime to run, play and make new friends.

Dogs are social animals and need to be surrounded by people and other dogs. Socialization is an important part of a puppy's development. During this unusual time it may be difficult to provide that interaction. Pup Culture will pick up your pup (masked of coarse) and deliver him back home after a fun filled group dog walk at a local green space.

"A tired dog is a good dog." Pup Culture Dog Walking Service provides an opportunity for play in a safe environment. No aggressive or overly rough dogs are included in group walks. Fun filled energetic romps provide exercise, socialization and stimulation. Daily exercise is one of the best ways to ward off destructive behaviour, boredom and obesity. Isn't hanging out with your buddies a better alternative to sitting at home alone?

Pup Culture Dog Walking Service caters to Bloor West, Kingsway, Sunnlea, Swansea, Old Mill and parts of Etobicoke. I will meet with you and your pet to discuss specific details about your pet and and to answer any questions you have. I treat all the dogs in my pack as though they were my own. Group dog walks are limited to 6 dogs. I interact and monitor each dog in my care. Enhance your canine companion's spirit, they'll love you for it.

About Me

ABOUT ME

animatedbrowndog.gif.gif

Hi, I'm David Scalpello. A dog was always part of our family when I was growing up, so my love of dogs has always been part of me. In 2004 we got our pup Elmo, a doodle, soon after a walker for him. Elmo loved his dog walker and we loved coming home to a tired, calm puppy. We knew he was in good hands and having tons of fun with his buddies. I saw how important a dog walker was to Elmo's well being.

In 2006 I left my job as a production manager I started taking Elmo out during the day.  We made new friends at the park. Soon I was walking a few of those dogs with Elmo. I quickly learned that I loved spending time with dogs. I loved playing with them and watching them chase each other in the park.  My time with the dog group became the highlight of my day. I loved the way each pup greeted me and how excited they were to join their pack. Pup Culture Dog walking Service has been operating since 2006. I've been taking care of dogs in Toronto's west end ever since. I am covid  double vaccinated, pet first aid certified, Insured and bonded and licensed in the city of Toronto.

What others say

Our Vizsla, Rosie, has been walked daily by David for three years, and we couldn’t be happier. Like a lot of “dog parents” Rosie is extremely important to us, and David is one of the few people we trust to look after her. He is patient and reliable and pays very close attention to Rosie and the entire group of dogs under his care. Several times over the last few years I have been stopped by people when I walk Rosie myself, as they recognize her as one of “David’s pack”. They tell me that they have seen Rosie being walked by David and that he is very kind and attentive to the pups. And Rosie always returns home good and tired from lots of play! Whenever Rosie sees David, she runs to him and gives him big kisses. If that isn’t a hearty recommendation, I don’t know what is.

David has walked our dogs for over 10 years and we have been absolutely delighted with his services. He really cares about the dogs and always goes above and beyond in ensuring their needs are met-this goes for our high energy and rambunctious Wheaten Terrier, as well as our small frightened puppy mill survivor. He loves them all and responds to them according

to their individual personalities. If there are ever any issues or problems with the dogs he is sure to let you know right away

and deals with any emergencies immediately with appropriate actions. You can trust David 100% with your beloved four-legged friends. They will be happy, safe and secure with him!

David has walked our 10 year old Aussie-doodle Scout weekdays since she was 4 months old. He is 100% reliable and professional. Scout loves David, and looks forward to her daily group walks and is fit and trim. We have no hesitation in reccomending David's services.

Group Dog walking outings are off-leash romps in a park and are limited to 6 dogs. Small groups allow for close attention to each member of the pack maintaining control at all times. Your furry friend will be picked up from your home and dropped off, happy and tired after a 45 minute run in the park.

You decide how often your pet will join us. We recommend that your dog gets at least two walks a day. Hopefully Pup Culture can help you with one of those walks. We ask that each dog walk with us at least two times a week. When the same dogs walk together they become familiar with each other, and are more apt to run and play together. Dogs get excited to see their buddies. No aggressive dogs are taken on group walks.

If your dog is active, and friendly to people and other dogs then a group dog walk is perfect. If you are not sure how your pet will react to being off-leash in a park, meeting new dogs and people or if your dog has health issues or is very old then a solo walk may be best. Solo walks are 30- 40 minutes, usually on-leash. Spaces for solo walks are limited and subject to availability.

Puppies under 20 weeks old are too young and small for group dog walking with the pack. Young pups may not be fully immunized and need potty breaks more frequently than adult dogs. Pup Culture will come to your home to give the little pup a break in your yard or a short walk around the block. We can feed them and provide fresh water.
